摘要
随着知识经济的日益逼近和市场竞争的不断加剧 ,越来越多的企业注重通过人力资源战略及其实践来获取企业竞争优势 ,实现企业经营战略目标。本文较系统地研究了提升企业竞争优势的薪酬战略 ,分析了薪酬战略对提升企业竞争优势所起的重要作用 ,探讨了薪酬战略设计和制定的方法 ,并结合实例分析了提升企业竞争优势的薪酬战略的运作。
With the coming of knowledge-based economy and competition increased, more an d more enterprises pay more attention to get competitive advantages by means of human resource strategy and its practices in order to achieve their strategic ob jectives. This paper studied systematically compensation strategy which enhanc e competitive advantages. The study began with analysis of compensation strateg y importance to corporate competitive advantages, then discussed methods of com pensation strategy design and its formulation, and analyzed compensation strateg y operating in the practices.
