利用计算机多媒体技术对投标过程进行管理 ,可提高投标现场的工作效率。
It is necessary to adopt computer multimedia technology for equipment bidding management, which can improve the efficiency of a bidding procedure. This paper introduced the functions and designing method of an academic bidding management system.
