摘要
面对经济全球化和信息化的潮流,企业,特别是有跨国经营战略的企业集团,最为重要的改革方向应是重视企业环境中的多元化因素,加强企业多元化文化管理,使其员工队伍更具创造性,更善于从事全球性经营。
When confronted with economic globalization and its informational trend, corporations, especially those holding the cross-national expand strategy must alert of the cultural diversity in all ways of its management. Enhance cultural diversity management could help corporations build up a more friendly environment for creativity, which in turn can favor its global prosecution.
