关于建立科研评价体系若干问题的讨论

Discussion of Some Problems on Building up Judge System of Scientific Research Level

列举了我国科研成果评价中对于专家、成果总体水平、评审专家组成人员和方式、科研成果评价标准和认识科研成果客观条件等方面的若干认识误区，在此基础上提出了建立专门科研成果评价机构的的必要性和设想。

This paper discusses some misapprehension on specialist、overall level of scientific research in China、method and numbers of determining judge specialist group、achievements in scientific research and impersonality condition of understanding achievements in scientific research, On the basis of that, suggests tentative idea on building special estimating organs of achievements in scientific research.
