The development of venture investment needs efficient equilibrium mechanism not only between the venture funds and the venture enterprises but also between the investor and funsd manager. The reasonable system needs the support of perfect rules of law and property exchange market. The venture capital rises its value step by step through evaluating the investment and dropping out from the venture enterprise.
