摘要
汽车覆盖件的结构特征是决定毛坯在冲压过程中的变形性质、变形大小、变形分布及塑性流动规律的主要因素 ,通过对汽车覆盖件进行结构特征分析 ,可以较好地把握毛坯的变形规律和影响冲压成形性的因素 。
Constructional features of auto cover are principal factors that decide deformation nature, amount, layout and plastic flow regular in the press process. By constructional feature analysis on auto cover, deformation regular and effect on press forming can be well grasped, so that preference evidence is provided for stamping processing and die designing.
