摘要
电磁成形属于高能率成形 ,磁场力分析是其理论分析的基础 ,研究结果直接用于工件变形分析、确定电磁成形的工艺参数。本文通过分析电磁胀形的特点提出磁场力求解的归一化 ,阐述了电磁胀形磁场力求解的几种方法和各自特点。不同求解方法的对比表明 ,有限元方法求解磁场力最接近胀形实测情况。随着大型有限元分析软件的应用 。
