摘要 惯性器件标定 ,一般测试设备必须对北 ,以考虑地速与重力加速度影响 ,但有时对用户会增加不少麻烦 ,且增加测试准备的周期。如能在测试标定的编排上 ,例如采用“六位置 2 4点”的编排方案 ,让地速及重力的误差影响互相抵消 ,应该是较为合理的数学模型。测试编排、系数标定及自检是组合标定的主要内容。在文中 ,从模型定义出发 ,从数学物理功能角度 ,讨论了“六位置 2 4点”的测试编排 :组合系 X,Y,Z轴分别向上、向下共有 6种状态 ,若每种状态绕铅垂线东、南、西、北转一圈则可有 4点采样 ,将 4点平均 ,测试设备对北定向与否就无关紧要了 ;只讨论组合系 OXYZ(不涉及陀螺系 ) ,并以此为基准的正交翻转作为位置测试 ,采样的数目也不可能再增加了 (涵盖了其它各种编排 ) ;信息量大 ,利用率高 。 In the inertial devices calibration, in general the test equipment must perform north seeking to consider the influence of the ground velocity and the acceleration of gravity. But sometimes, this will bring a user quite a few troubles so that the test preparation period might be prolonged. If the better arrangement of the test calibration is adopted,e.g. the influence of the ground velocity error and the gravity error can be counterbalanced with each other by adopting “6 position 24 point” arrangement scheme, it might be more reasonable. The mathematical model, test arrangement, coefficient calibration and self check are main contents in the unit calibration. In the paper, proceeding from the model definition, the test arrangement of the “6 position 24 point” will be discussed from the point of view of the mathematics and physics functions:the X,Y and Z axes in the unit system are respectively upward and downward, thus forming six states. If the strapdown unit turns around the east,south,west and north directions of the plumb 1ine by a round in each state, there are four points for sampling. Average the sampling values of the four points, then whether the test equipment performs north seeking does not matter. Only the unit system OXYZ is discussed (no reference to the gyroscope system).Regard the orthogonal turnover, which takes OXYZ system as datum, as the position test, the sampling quantities are impossible to be increased(covering all other kinds of arrangement).The quantity of information is great, the utilization ratio is high, and the processing results have better statistical feature.
