摘要
在碱性介质中用Mn(Ⅱ)催化KIO_4氧化酸性铬蓝K褪色的反应测定痕量锰,确定了反应的最佳条件,研究了反应机理,发现褪色反应的速率方程是-dC_(ACBK)/dt=KC_(ACBK)C_(IO_4^-)C_(OH^2)-C_(Mn(Ⅱ)),表观活化能为70.42kJ/mol。本法测定Mn(Ⅱ)的检测限是0.05ng/ml,测定范围是0.05—5ng/ml。方法已用于人发、面粉、黄豆、河水中痕量锰的测定,结果满意。
A spectrophotometric method has been studied to determine trace Mn( Ⅱ ) based on decoloration of acid chrome blue K-Mn( Ⅱ )-KIO4 system in Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH = 11.92). The optimum, conditions and reaction mechanism have been studied. The apparent activation energy is 70.42 kJ/mol and the rate equation is found to beThe detection limit of this method is 0.05ng/ml. The range of determination is 0.05 - 5 ng/ml for Mn( Ⅱ ). The method has been used to determine trace Mn( Ⅱ ) in samples of flour, soybean and human hair.
