中小企业现金管理方法研究

Study on Cash-Flow Management in Small and Medium Enterprises

本文在对中小企业传统现金管理方法及问题分析的基础上 ,提出了中小企业现金管理新方法———系统动力学方法。试图为中小企业的生存与发展提出“标本兼治” ,且重在“治本”的可操作的科学策略。

By analysing the traditional cash-flow management in small and medium enterprises,the paper presents a systematic dynamic cash-flow management method,trying to suggest a scientific strategy of “treatment of both the root cause and symptoms, the root cause in particular”for the survival and development of enterprises.
