摘要
用P^(32)同位素示踪法研究了磷在滇池水中的循环。湖水样品被合成两种成分进行放射性测定,测定的参数有溶解性无机磷、颗粒态磷、溶解性有机磷、缩合磷酸盐、酸可水解性磷和总磷。用一级动力学方程式做了各种磷的循环速度和循环时间的计算,获得了现场磷循环模拟研究的结果。放射性的方法准确,克服了化学法无法进行现场磷循环模拟研究的缺点。
The phosphorus cycling in Dian-Chi lake is researched by the method of P radioisotope phosphorus. The water samples are divided into two major compartments, i. e. filterableness phosphorus and particle phosphorus. The form of phosphorus determined have total phosphorus, particle phosphorus, condensed phosphorus,hydrolyzable phosphorus,dissolved total phosphorus and filterableness phosphorus.To obtain cycling rate and cycling time of phosphorus. The method is more accurate than chemical method, it overcomes the shortcomings of chemical method's that phosphorus cycling research not are marked accurately in the natural water.
