本文着重探讨了高等教育对于推动生产力发展之间的内在关系，特别是高等教育中的“两课”与现实“两个根本转变”之间的关系，这是深刻理解和深入学习邓小平理论的关键，也是做好“两课”教育适应“两个根本转变”

This paper concentrates on the inner relation between higher education and its function of enhancing productive forces, especially on the relation between the “two courses” in higher education and the realization of the “two fundamental transformations”. The latter relation is the key to a thorough understanding and further study of Deng Xaiopings theories as well as the key to the adaptation of the “two courses” education to the “two fundamental transformations”.
