In the process of P.E teaching,teachers should mainly concentrate their teaching acxiuaties on the cultivation of students of the light of the characteristies of P.E teaching, thus discovering an effective way and method about how to teach and cultivate students well, so that P.E teaching task can be well and throughly fulfilled.
