摘要
在pH =3 .6的醋酸 -醋酸钠的缓冲物系中 ,钼 (Ⅳ )能产生灵敏的极谱吸附波 ,并试验了影响极谱波的因素 .钼的浓度在 1 .8× 1 0 - 1 1 ～ 1 .8× 1 0 - 9g/ml之间与峰高呈线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .0 2PPb 。
A sensitive polarographic wave of Mo(Ⅳ) in the HAc-NaAc(pH=3.6)buffer solution is observed.The work diswses the factors having influences on the polarographic wave. The concentraction of Mo(Ⅳ)is linearily related to the wave height in rang of 1.8×10 -11 ～1.8×10 -9 g/ml. The detection limit is 0.02ppb.This method can be applied to determe trace amout of Mo(Ⅳ)in human hair
