摘要
根据壁流式不锈钢丝网过滤器一维结构模型 ,建立了过滤体内一维气体流动模型 ,并推导出解析解 .根据解析解建立了过滤器过滤初期压降模型及过滤后期压降增长率模型 .压降模型反映了丝网结构参数、过滤体结构参数、微粒大小及废气性质对过滤体压降的影响 .此压降模型简单有效 ,是丝网过滤器优化设计中不可缺少的理论工具 .
Based on the structure model of a stainless steel net filter (SSNF), a one-dimensional flow model is formulated and the analytic solution is developed. A pressure drop model of SSNF for the initial filtering stage and a pressure drop increasing rate model of SSNF for the last filtering stage are established. The models show the effects of the structure parameters of nets and filters, the diameters of particles, the characteristics of diesel exhaust on the pressure drop of SSNF. The effectiveness of the models and their usability make them indispensable tools for the rational engineering design of SSNF.
