Modern science and technology,with their complexity and diversity are having increasingly wide and extensive effect on economy and society.All the various countries attach more importance to legal means in adjusting scientific and technological activities,so the tendency of science and technology legislation appears.This article analyses the legislative traits and the tendency in the foreign countries,and proposes some suggestions on how to improve the science and technology legal system according to the principle of “rejuvenating China through science and education”and “managing state affairs in accordance with the law.”
