摘要
以民航总局教育教学研究补贴资助项目为实例，对“九五”期间中国民航学院设立“中青年教育研究基金”所展开的科研活动和取得的成绩、产出的效果等，进行完整、系统和客观的分析与研究，并在此基础上，提出了今后如何改进和完善的建议。
An objective and sxstematic analxsis of achievement and output is given to the programs of CAUC Education Research Fund for the Young and Middle-aged during the 9th Five-Year Plan， sponsored bx Civil Aviation Administration of China．In conclusion some proposals are advanced for perfection．
