摘要
采用反相流动注射化学发光分析方法对ABEI-H_2O_2-Cr(III)发光体系进行了研究,并用于天然水Cr(III)的测定,获得了满意结果.本法的线性范围为1×10^(-10)g/ml—8×10^(-6)g/ml,检出限为4.5×10^(-11)g/ml,相对标准偏差为1.1%.
The determination of chromium in natural water by resersed flow injection technology combined with ABEI-HsO2Cr(Ⅲ) chemiluminescent system is reported in this paper. The detection limit of this method is 4:5×10-11 g/ml for Cr(Ⅲ), its linear range is in 1×10-10-8× 10-6g/ml, and the relative standard deviation is 1.1%. The sample throughput is 100 samples per hour.
