Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病和红细胞膜ATP酶活性的关系

摘要 目的 探讨 型糖尿病患者红细胞膜 Na+ K+ - ATP酶和 Ca2 + Mg2 + - ATP酶活性改变参与糖尿病肾病的可能机制。方法 按 Reinila制膜法测定了 2 5例无糖尿病肾病和 5 7例糖尿病肾病患者红细胞膜 Na+ K+ -ATP酶和 Ca2 + Mg2 + - ATP酶含量 ,并与 35名正常人作对照。结果 糖尿病无肾病组和肾病组红细胞膜 Na+ K+ -ATP酶和 Ca2 + Mg2 + - ATP酶活性均显著地低于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1) ,糖尿病肾病组与无肾病组比较差异亦有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论  型糖尿病肾病的发生和发展与红细胞膜 Na+ K+ - ATP酶和 Ca2 + Mg2 + - ATP酶活性有密切的关系。 Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of nephropathy affected by alteration of activity of Na +K + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase of erythrocyte membrane in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods In 25 diabetic cases without nephropathy and 57 diabetic cases with nephropathy and 35 normal controls,erythrocyte membrance Na +K + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase were detected by Reinila method.Results Compared with normal controls,the activity of Na +K + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase were decreased significantly in diabetics without and with nephropathy,( P <0.01),whereas the activity of ATP ase in diabetic nephropathy was lower than those without nephropathy( P <0.05).Conclusion The occurrence and development of type Ⅱdiabetic nephropthy is correlated to the decrease of Na +K + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane.
