经椎弓根内固定23例失误分析

Analysis of the mistakes in the processes of 23 cases of transpendicular internal fixation

目的 减少经椎弓根内固定手术失误。方法 对 2 3例经椎弓根内固定手术失误病例进行失误原因分析。结果 认为本组失误原因主要是手术医生不熟悉患者局部解剖学特点 ,没按照手术要求和规范操作。结论 熟悉患者局部解剖 ,严格按照经椎弓根内固定手术要求和规范操作 ,术中应用荧光增强设备定位监视 ,做好手术后处理 ,是减少经椎弓根内固定手术失误的主要措施。

Objective Toreduce the operation mistakes of transpendicular internal fixation.Methods The mistakes in the processes of 23 cases of transpendicular internal fixatien operation were analized to find out the reasons.Results The main reasons for this group were that the operators were unfamiliar with the specialities of patients’ partial anatomy and didn’t operated according to the correct operation rules.Conclusion In order to decrease the operation errors of transpendicular internal fixation,the operators should do the work perfectly in the following 4 aspects:(1)being familiar with patients’ partial anatomy.(2)operating strictly according to the fixational operation requirement.(3)using fluorescent increasing facilities to localize and monitor intraoperatively.(4)dealing with the postoperative work correctly.
