摘要
目的 总结应用消化道吻合器行食管胃吻合的经验 ,探讨应用吻合器行食管胃吻合的方法。方法 对我科 1988年 10月～ 1999年 3月收治的食管癌和贲门癌患者 2 96例作一回顾性分析。结果 吻合无失败者。术后吻合口瘘发生率 1% (3/2 96 ) ,吻合口狭窄 2 .7% (8/2 96 )。无吻合口出血 ,无手术死亡病例。结论 机械吻合操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,吻合可靠 ,减少了术后并发症的发生。
Objective To review the experience of esophagogastrostomy with anastomat.Methods 296 cases of carcinoma of the esophagus and cardia who were treated in our department from October 1988 to march 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no anastomosis failure with this technique.The overall incidence of anastomotic fistule was 1%(3/296) and anastomotic stricture,2.7%(8/296).There was no anastomotic bleeding or operative mortality.Conclusion The stapling technique for anastomosis is a simple,easy to master and reliable method with very low incidence of postoperative complications
