摘要
目的 :观察TNF -α对骨组织钙代谢的作用。方法 :原子吸收分光光度计微量元素检测。结果 :0 .0 1～ 10 0ng/mlTNF -α的脱钙能力随着浓度的增加而减弱。结论 :TNF -α的脱钙能力与其浓度呈负相关。
AIM:To observe the Ca metabolism in cultured rat calvaria treated with TNF-α. METHODS:Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS:Increasing of TNF-α concentration, Ca releasing from bone was decreased. CONCLUSION:The concentration of TNF-α was negatively correlative to the Ca releasing from bone. [
