The effect of IL-1β on the calcium metabolism of cultured rat calvaria

目的 :观察IL - 1β对骨组织钙代谢的作用。 方法 :原子吸收分光光度计微量元素检测。结果 :IL - 1β在 0 .0 1ng/ml浓度时即有较强的脱钙能力 ,浓度越大 ,脱钙能力越强。 结论 :IL - 1β是强有力的骨吸收因子 ,其骨吸收能力与其浓度呈正相关。

AIM:To observe the Ca releasing from cultured rat calvaria treated with IL-1β. METHODS:Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS:IL-1β dose-dependently increased the releasing of Ca into the media. CONCLUSION:IL-1β was a strong bone absorbtive factor.Its bone absortbive ability was positively correlative with its concentrations. [
