摘要
目的 :了解超广谱β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL S)细菌的来源及其耐药性 ,以利于 ESBL S菌的监控。方法 :用 VITEK- 12 0型全自动细菌分析系统药敏检测卡 GNT- NT进行检测。结果 :在 15 6株大肠埃希氏菌、 86株肺炎克雷伯氏菌、 79株阴沟杆菌、 6 0株变形杆菌、 2 8株产酸克雷伯氏菌中 ,ESBL S菌的检出率分别为 12 .9%、 8.9%、 1.3%、 1.7%、 3.6 % ,而92株柠檬酸杆菌中未检出 ESBL S菌。结论 :VITEK- 12 0型全自动细菌分析系统可正常检测出 ESBL S菌 ;大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌是主要的 ESBL S菌的来源 ,而在变形杆菌、产酸克雷伯氏菌、阴沟杆菌中也可检出 ESBL
Objective:To investigate the source and tolerance of bacteria which could produce extended spetum β lactamase(ESBLS) for better control.Methods:Dedecting ESBLS bacteria with GNT-NT susceptibility card of VITEK-120 automated system.Results:Among 156 strains of escherichia coli,86 strains of klebsilla pneumoniase,79 strains of enterobacter cloacae,60 strains of proteus ang 28 strains of klebsilla oxy toca,the detecting rates of ESBLS bacteria were 12 9%,8 9%,1 3%,1 7%,3 6%,respectively.No ESBLS bouteria were found in 92 strains of citrobacter.Conclusion:ESBLS bacteria could be detected accurately with GNT-NT susceptibility card of VITEK-120 automated system;the main sources of ESBLS bacteria were escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniase.In preteus,klebsilla oxytoca and enterobacter cloacae,ESBLS bacteria could be detected out also.
