摘要
目的 :调查分析贝 (甲 )壳类海产品携带致病性弧菌情况。方法 :采用直接分离和增菌后分离两种分离方法对 16 2份海产品进行检测。结果 :检出 8种致病性弧菌 36 1株 ,检出率依次为副溶血性弧菌 5 0 .4%、溶藻弧菌 2 1.6 %、非 O- I群霍乱弧菌 15 .2 %、拟态弧菌 5 .8%、河弧菌 3.9%、创伤弧菌 1.4%、费尼斯弧菌 1.1%和海鱼弧菌 0 .6 % ,未检出霍乱弧菌。结论 :贝 (甲 )壳类海产品携带致病性弧菌普遍且具种别多样性 ,不宜生食或半生食 ;同时应用两种分离方法能较全面地反映贝 (甲 )
Objective:To investigate the status of causative vibrio in sea products.Method:162 cases of sea products were tested by direct and post proliferatine isolation.Results:361 strains of eight kinds of causative vibrio were isolated out.The rate of isolation of V.parahaemolyticus,V.alginalyticus,V.cholerue non 01,V.mimicus,V.flurialis,V.vulnicus,V.furnissili and V.damselawas was 50 4%,21 6%,15 2%,5 8%,3 9%,1 4%,1 1% and 0 6% respectively.But,no strain of V.cholerue was found.Conclusion:The strains of causative vibrio in sea products are universal and multiple.Crude or half crude sea products are not fit to eat;using two methods at the same time can evaluate thoroughly the status of sea products carrying about causative vibrio.
