摘要
采用显微荧光术研究了 Ce3+对肝细胞和 V79细胞质膜电位和线粒体膜电位的影响。结果表明,低浓度的 Ce3+降低肝细胞的质膜电位,高浓度则显著降低肝细胞的质膜电位,提示 Ce3+可使细胞质膜通透性增加;Ce3+可增加 V79细胞线粒体膜电位,提示 Ce3+可增加细胞的能量供应。
The effect of Ce3+ on plasma membrane potential and mitochondrial membrane potential of bepatocytes and V79 cells was studied with microfluorometry. The results showed that Ce3+ could increase the plasma potential of hepatocytes in low dose and increase the plasma potential of hepatocytes in high dose significantly. The results the showed that Ce3+ could increase the mitochondrial membrane potential of V79 cells. The results suggested that Ce3+ could enhencl the permeability of plasma membrane and increase the energysupplying of cell
