摘要
本论文应用在 2.5次微分溶出伏法,在 0.1mol/L KNO3底液中(用 Na2SO3除氧),以玻碳电极为工作电极,连续测定了佝偻病儿童头发中锌、镉、铅、铜和镍等五种元素的含量。选定的实验条件下,锌、镉、铅、铜和镍的浓度在0.05-263μg/ml范围内与峰高成线性关系。样品测定结果表明,方法简便,抗干扰能力强。重现性较好,结果准确可靠。
were simultaneously determined in 0.01mol/L KNO3 (Using NaSO3 deoxygenize) by 2.5th order differential stripping voltammetry. Carbon paste electrode was used as a working electrode. The peak potentials of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu, Ni were - 1 .OV, - 0.67V, - 0.5V, - 0.39V, and - 0.92V respectively in the abone electrolyte. the calibration,curves for Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu, Ni under the conditions described were linear over the concentration range of 0.05- 263μg/ml. the relative standard deviation for Rickets of enfant Hair sample was 1 .56 ~ 4.81%. the concentration of Zn, Cd, Ph, Cu and Ni was evaluated by the standard addition method. The standard reference was analysed. The results show the same as certified The determination limit of ppm level is attaninable.
