下半部分胸骨劈开切口的评价

Evaluation on inferior partial median sternotomy

目的 系统评价下半部分胸骨劈开切口,为临床应用提供参考。方法 随机选取福尔马林保存成人尸体6具,模拟不同平面的下半部分胸骨劈开切口,从显露效果、美容效果和损伤程度三方面对该切口进行评价。结果 下半部分胸骨劈开切口的皮肤切口上端较低,不易暴露,长度较短,美容效果满意;随着切口上端向上延伸,心底部各结构和心脏上半的各结构可依次被显露。结论 下半部分胸骨劈开切口损伤程度较小,美容效果良好。该切口对心底部各结构显露较差,对心脏体部各结构和下腔静脉显露良好。

Objective To evaluate inferior partial median stemotomy systematically, and provide an advisable reference for its clinical use. Methods The inferior partial median stemotmoy was imitated on six randomly formalin preserved adult cadavers, and was evaluated from respects of exposing effect, cosmetic result, and traumatic extent. Results The inferior partial median stemotomy had a short skin incision, but the position of the superior end of its skin incision was lower and difficult to be sighted. When the incision was extended upwards, the structures in the cardiac base and the upper part of the heart could be exposed gradually. Conclusion The inferior partial median stemotomy have low traumatic extent, and its cosmetic effect is good. The structures in the cardiac body and inferior vena cava can be exposed well, but the structures of the cardiac base can poor be exposed.
