摘要
目的 研究GLP-1免疫反应活性(GLP-1-IR)细胞在成人胃肠道中的分布情况。方法 应用高特异性单克隆抗体,采用免疫组化SP法,对25～65岁之间成人手术后肠道标本GLP-1-IR细胞进行定位研究。结果 证实成人肠道中GLP-1-IR细胞(L细胞)的分布以直肠最多,其次是结肠和回肠。结论 成人肠道中GLP-1-IR细胞分布不均,各段肠管L细胞的密度由近端向远端递增。
Objective To study the GLP-1-IR cells in the gastrointestinal tract of human. Methods We used a highly specific monoclonal antibody against GLP-1(7-36) amide to evaluate the distribution of GLP-1-IR cells (L cell) in the gut of human by immunohistochemistry. Results The density of L cells was different in tract. The hightest L cells density occurred in the rectum, then in the colon descendens and ileum. Conclusion GLP-l-IR cell is continuous increase from the proximal to the distal portion of small and bowel.
