Study on Stability Method of Estriol Suppository

目的 :研究检查雌三醇栓稳定性的方法。方法 :用薄层色谱法进行了雌三醇梯度试验 ,雌三醇栓的破坏试验及稳定性检查。结果 :可检出雌三醇栓的杂质斑点。结论 :该方法简便易行 ,可用于雌三醇栓稳定性的检查。

Objective:To study examining stability method of estriol suppository.Method:Gradient test of estriol,destroying test and examining stability of estriol suppostory were carried out by using thin-layer chromatography.Result:Impurity of estriol suppository can be detected by the method.Conclusion:The method was simple,it was suitable for examining stability of estriol suppository.
