Epidemiological characterization of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from 5 military hospital in China

目的 :寻找铜绿假单胞菌流行优势克隆与气候、地域流行病学相关性 ,观察医院感染的流行趋势与流行特点 ,指导医院感染的预防与监控。方法 :对全国 5个地区随机选取的 30株铜绿假单胞菌进行脉冲电场凝胶电泳分析 ,电泳图谱经数据转化后进行聚类分析。结果 :仅少数菌株可证实来源的同源性 ,在相似性 85 .0 %和相似性 5 0 .0 %水平没有明显的优势克隆存在。在相似性达 33.3%时所有的菌株可全部被聚为 3类。结论 :30株菌变异较大 。

Objective:To study the relationship of prevalent clone of pseudomonas aeruginosa with different area and climate were carried out to analyze the tendency and characteristics of nosocomial outbreak,and to prevent nosocomial beforehand.Methods:Thirty stains from 5 areas in China were picked out randomly to be analyzed by pulsedfield gel electrophoresis(PFGE).PFGE profile were turned into numerical value.Subsequently,their average matching coefficients were calculated.Results:Only a few strains were proved to be of same origin.There was no main clone at 85.0% or 50.0% similarity level.All of the 30 stains were clustered into 3 groups at 33.3% similarity level.Conclusions:No prevalent clone was found in selected area or season.Strains from the same area and season have no common bands in PFGE profile.
