抗高血压药的药物利用调查

Study on the Antihypertensive Drugs Utilization

目的 :了解某教学医院抗高血压药物的利用情况。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法 ,查阅了该院 2 0 0 0年12月全部出院病历 90 6份 ,对其中使用抗高血压药的病例从药物利用、联合用药情况及其使用的合理性等方面进行统计分析。结果 :① 90 6份病历中使用了抗高血压药的有 2 0 9份 ,约占 2 3.1% ;②在用药品种上血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂 (ACEI)和钙拮抗剂 (CaA)出现频率最大 ,药物使用频次最多的有美托洛尔 (81)、硝苯地平 (80 )、卡托普利 (79) ;③单一用药 79例 ,联合用药 130例 ,分别占使用抗高血压药物病历的 37.8%、6 2 .2 %。结论 :该院抗高血压药用药基本合理。

Objective: To study the utilization of antihypertensive drugs. Method:By using the method of retrospective study, 906 medical records of discharged patients admitted to the third hospital of Beijing university from December 2000 were investigated. Results: The antihypertensive drugs were used in 209 out of 906 cases, accounting for 23.1%; the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)and calcium antagonists(CaA)were frequently used, and the most frequently used drugs included metoprolol(81), nifedipine(80),captopil(79). The single durg treatment was used in 79 cases, and combination use in 126 cases, accounting for 37.8%, and 62.2% respectively. Conclusion: The study suggested that the use of antihypertensive drugs were basically rational in this hospital.
