自然组织谐波成像对冠心病室壁运动的评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of left ventricular segmental wall motion by natural tissue harmonic imaging in patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的:评价自然组织谐波成像(NTHI)技术在对冠心病左室心内膜的识别和左室室壁运动评价方面的应用价值。方法:对33例冠心病患者行常规和NTHI二维超声检查。采用胸骨旁左室长轴、心尖四腔、二腔切面,心内膜识别分4级,室壁运动分析采用16节段法。结果:NTHI改善了57.2%(302/528)节段的心内膜识别,改变了12.7%(67/528)节段的室壁运动级别。结论:应用自然组织谐波技术可改善冠心病病人心内膜的超声识别,进而增加对冠心病病人室壁运动分析的准确性。 Objectives: To evaluate the effect of the natural tissue harmonic imaging(NTHI) on endocardial border detection and left ventricular segmental wall motion evaluation in patients with coronary artery heart disease(CAD). Methods: Ordinary 2D echocar- diography (2DE) and NTHI were performed in 33 patients with CAD(27 with myocardial infarction and six with angina pectoris). Parasternal long axis(LAX), apical four-and two-chamber views(AP4CH, and AP2CH) were adopted and 16 segments of left ventric- ular wall was analyzed. Endocardial border was defined from one to four (one = excellent). Wall motion was evaluated as five grades.Results: Visualization of endocardial border was improved by 57. 2% with NTHI. The grades of wall motion were changed in 12.7% (67/528) segments in the NTHI.Conclusion: NTHI has a significant impact on the endocardial hods definition. Thus the left ventricular wall motion can be evaluated mops easily and accurately in patients with CAD.
