女性尿道综合征的诊治(附32例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment for female urethral syndrome(with a report of 32 cases)

目的 提高对女性尿道腺 /尿道旁腺炎的早期诊断率及选择合适的治疗方法 ,进而提高对女性尿道综合征的治愈率。方法 回顾性分析本院 1998年 5月至 2 0 0 1年 10月收治的 32例女性尿道腺 /尿道旁腺炎患者的临床资料。结果 治疗显效 2 9例 ,有效 2例 ,总有效率 96 9%。结论 掌握女性尿道腺 /尿道旁腺炎的特点 ,对提高早期诊断率和及时治疗非常重要。治疗药物以α1受体阻滞剂联合有效抗生素为宜。

Objective To improve early diagnosis rate and choose appropriate treatment for the female skeneitis/littritis improve the cure rate of the female urethral syndrome.Methods Clinical data of 32 cases of female skeneitis/littritis collected from May 1998 to October 2000 were analysed retrospectively.Results 2 of the cases were cured,and the symptoms of 2 cases was alleviated,the total satisfactory rate of treatment was 96.9% percent.Conclusion Being familiar with clinical characteristics of female skeneitis/littritis is the basis of the corresponding diagnosis and treatment.Using α 1 blockers and effective antibiotics was considered a ideal choice of treatment for female skeneitis/littritis.
