摘要
目的 建立正常卵泡发育妇女卵巢、子宫内膜组织声像图回声强度正常值 ,并进行有 无卵泡发育妇女的卵巢皮质、子宫内膜功能层声像图回声强度比较。方法 用Aloka 170 0型超声诊断仪和DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪 ,对 38例有卵泡发育的妇女和 16例无卵泡发育妇女卵泡期的卵巢内卵泡、卵巢皮质、卵巢髓质、子宫内膜基底层和功能层进行超声图像回声强度定量检测分析。结果 正常妇女卵巢内卵泡、卵巢皮质与髓质、子宫内膜基底层与功能层的灰阶、分贝值有明显差异。无卵泡发育妇女卵巢皮质、子宫内膜基底层的灰阶、分贝值明显高于有卵泡发育妇女。结论 超声组织定征可用于监测卵泡和子宫内膜发育。
Objective To ascertain the normal value of ultrasonographic quantification of ovary tissues and its endometrium of normal follicular developing women,comparing with abnormal one.Methods Ultrasonographic quantitative analyses of follicles,ovary tissues,endometrial basal and functional layers were conducted using Aloka type 1700 ultrasonic detector and quantitative analysis system for 38 cases of women with normal follicular development and 16 cases of women with abnormal folliculer development.Results There were apparent differences among GB and dB of follicles,ovary tissues,endometrial basal and functional layers for normal follicular developing women.GB and dB of ovary cortex and endometrial basal layer of abnormal women without follicular development were much higher than those of normal women.Conclusions Ultrasonic tissue characterization can be used in monitoring follicular and endometrial development.
