摘要 目的 评估SonoCT技术在甲状腺肿块中的临床应用价值。方法 用SonoCT技术对 138例甲状腺肿块进行检查 ,并与普通超声进行对比。结果  138例甲状腺肿块 ,SonoCT图像与普通超声图像比较斑点的影响明显减少 ,改进了对比分辨力。同时发现甲状腺肿块的伪像被抑制 ,并增加了实时结构的内容 ;实性肿块边界和界面可见度得到改善 ;甲状腺囊肿的侧壁回声失落完全被抑制 ;较小的恶性病变可被SonoCT检出。结论 与普通超声比较 ,SonoCT可减低伪像与干扰 ,提高了图像质量 ,有增加甲状腺疾病阳性检出率的潜力。 Objective To assess the application of SonoCT and conventional ultrasound in thyroid mass.Methods One hundred and thirty eight patients with thyroid mass were examined by SonoCT and compared with conventional ultrasound.Results In 138 cases of thyroid masses,the appearance of speckle was significantly reduced,and the contrast resolution was improved by SonoCT compared with conventional ultrasound.SonoCT was also found to suppress artifacts and reinforce real structures in the thyroid solid mass.Lateral boundaris of solid masses were particularity improved by SonoCT.All acoustic shadowing of lateral boundary was suppressed by SonoCT in thyriod cyst.It allowed the small malignant lesion of thyroid to be detected with SonoCT.Conclusions SonoCT enhances image quality by reducing image artifacts the potential positively detection in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
