摘要
目的 :观察流感病毒对体外培养肿瘤细胞的诱导凋亡作用。方法 :体外培养Hela和Raji细胞 ,加入一定浓度的流感病毒 ,于诱导后不同时间检测各种凋亡指标。结果 :经病毒诱导后 ,细胞出现生长特性及细胞形态学的改变 ,DNA电泳出现典型梯状条带 ;流式细胞仪显示凋亡峰出现 ,AnnexinV Fluo染色流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率与感染后时间呈正比。结论
Objective:To observe the apoptosis of cancer cells induced by influenza virus.Methods:Hela and Raji cells cultured in vitro were infected by influenza virus and their apoptosis profiles were observed and detected at different times after infection.Results:The infected cells showed apparent changes in growth characteristics and morphologies;DNA agarose gel electrophoresis showed characteristic “ladder';Apoptosis peaks were observed by flow cytometry;and the apoptosis ratios were proportional to the times of post infection.Conclusion:Influenza virus can induce Hela and Raji cells to undergo apoptosis in vitro.
