摘要
研究了吗啉荒酸吗啉与Ni(Ⅱ )显色反应的条件 ,确定了当pH =9.0左右时形成黄色配合物。可见光区最大吸收波长λmax=40 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =1.42× 10 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。应用拟定方法测定合成水样中Ni(Ⅱ )含量 ,结果满意。
The conditions of the color reaction of morpholine dithiocarbamate morpholine chloride(MDMC) with Ni (Ⅱ) are studied in this paper. The yellow complex is formed when pH value is at 9.0. The maximum absorption peak is at 400 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.42×10\+4 L·mol\+\{-1\}·cm\+\{-1\} . The method is applied to determine trace Ni (Ⅱ) in synthetical water sample with satisfactory results.
