A Study of the System in Changzhou Pollutant Discharge License Management

本文分析了排污许可证管理中手工信息系统的状况及改进需求,设计了新管理信息系统的逻辑结构模型、物理模型及其相应的软件,介绍了新管理信息系统软件的运行环境、使用、功能,特点及应用成效。

This paper describes the analysis of the present state and improving requirements for manual information system in pollutant discharge license management, as well as the design of logical structure model, physical model and relevant software of new management information system (MIS) . It also reports the running environment, usage, function, characteristics and results of application of the MIS software.
