平顶山市环境多目标决策系统的应用

Application of Environmental Multi- Objective Decision in Pingdingshan City

本文运用开发的环境多目标决策系统,研究了平顶山市工业结构调整与污染物排放的关系,其结果指出在不增加环保投资,保证经济效益的前提下,优化产业结构,可减少5％污染物排放量。

With the developed environmental multi-objective decision system, this paper introduces the relation between the adjustment of industrial structure and the discharge of pollutants. The result indicates that 5 percent pollutant discharge may be decreased through optimization of industrial structure without increasing the investment of environmental protection and with assurance of economic profit.
