The paper introduces the method of digital signal processing in the measurement system for spot size. Some kinds of noise that must be paid attention to are introduced, while the measurement system working. The paper also shows the character of the noise, and introduces some methods to eliminate the noise. Some simple explanation for FIR filter is also included in the paper. The results of measurement show that the spot processed without the influence of the noise is more suitable for electronic gun or DU designers to precise measurement.
