摘要
本文用化学共沉淀法制备 Ba Ti O3超细粉 ,实验中分别采用氢氧化钠和草酸作沉淀剂。实验发现 ,采用不同的沉淀剂均能制出具有四方晶相的 Ba Ti O3粉体 ,但其所含微量成分有所不同 ,粉体粒度分布有较大差别。通过对粉体进行半导化处理 ,发现用氢氧化钠作沉淀剂时不易半导化 ,且其烧结性能及机械性能较差 ,而用草酸作沉淀剂所得的粉体易半导化 ,且具有较好的烧结性能和机械性能。
In this paper, the chemical coprecipitation is used for preparation of BatiO\-3 ultrafine powder. In experiment process, NaOH and H\-2C\-2O\-4 is used as precipitator. It was found that the tetragonal BaTiO\-3 powder could be produced with two kinds of precipitator, but tiny component and the granularity of powder is different. The powder what is produced with H\-2C\-2O\-4 precipitator is easier to become semiconductor, and the characteristic of sinter and mechanical characteristic is better than using NaOH precipitator.
