红外加热在柴油机排气微粒过滤器再生中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 柴油机排气微粒过滤器再生困难是阻碍微粒过滤器实用的关键所在 ,本文应用红外加热技术对微粒过滤器进行加热燃烧再生。结果表明红外加热再生方法具有结果简单和再生可靠的优点 ,并通过实验分析再生过程中的最高温度和温度梯度对陶瓷过滤器的影响 ,结果显示调节径向辐射量可有效降低最高温度和温度梯度。 Infrared heating technique is used for regeneration of diesel exhaust particulate filter which is simplicity in system structure and high reliability. The peak temperature and temperature gradient in the ceramic filter which can damage the ceramic are analyzed and found an effective method to decrease. The result from the experiments shows that the peak temperature and gradient can be decreased effectively by adjusting infrared radiation flux in the radial of cross section.
