摘要
提出激光加工热响应的空间温度场可视化方法并对相变硬化进行分析。应用颜色映射原理 ,建立空间温度场数据点着色色彩与温度的对应关系 ,用可视化方法分析了光束功率密度和移动速度对空间温度分布及相变硬化带的影响。方法可以直观、形象地显示温度场分布形态 ,预测相变硬化的深度和宽度 。
The visual analytical method of spacial temperature field has been presented for the heat response in laser machining. According to the theory of color mapping, data point colors are established corresponding to temperature field in space. At the same time, the effects of power density and motion speed of laser beam on temperature field distribution and hardening strip are analyzed visually. The configuration of temperature field distribution can be displayed directly and visually with this method, which can be used to predict the depth and width of transformation hardening, as well as to offer a theoretical basis to optimize parameters in studying interaction between laser beam and materials.
