The Development of Antiglaucoma Agents Acting on α Receptors

青光眼是一类以眼内压升高为特征的疾病 ,如果眼内压长期持续偏高 ,会使人致盲。

Glaucoma is a complex disease characterized by an increase in intraocular pressure. Sufficiently high and persistent intraocular pressure will result in irreversible blindness. The antiglaucoma agents that act on α, α 1 and α 2 receptors were summarized in this report.
