摘要
通过 12 8例黄褐斑病人口服止血环酸和维生素 C及维生素 E治疗黄褐斑的临床实验证实 ,该药能有效治疗黄褐斑。病人口服止血环酸 0 .2 5 g,1日 3次 ,连续服用 6至 8周 ,其皮损明显消退 ,总有效率为 82 .0 3% ,显效率可达 49.2 1% ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) 。
The effect of Acidum Tranexamicum and Vitamin C and E on Melasma was investigated in 128 cases. The clinical results showed that the skin lesions in the treatment group in which 0.25 grams of Acidum Tranexamicum were given by oral, three times one day and for six to eight weeks were significantly subsided,the total efficient rate was 82.03%,and there were significant difference between the treatment group and the control group while no important side effects were found during the period of treatment.
