摘要
目的 :观察红花籽油 (SO)对动脉粥样硬化 (AS)家兔血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 :32只家兔随机分为 4组 :正常对照组、动脉粥样硬化模型组、低剂量红花籽油组 (AS + 4ml·kg- 1SO)和高剂量红花籽油组 (AS + 8ml·kg- 1SO) ,实验期 10w。结果 :SO能明显降低模型家兔血浆TC、TG、LDL C ,升高HDL C ,并能降低血浆和肝脏MDA的含量。结论 :给予模型家兔 8ml·kg-
Objective:To observe the effects of safflower oil(SO) on blood lipids and lipoperoxides in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits.Methods:Thinty two rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control,AS rabbits,AS+high SO and AS+ low SO.Results:Compared with the AS rabbits,SO(8ml·kg -1 ) could obviously decrease the blood lipids,increase blood HDL C,and decrease MDA after 10 weeks.Conclusion:SO could effectively decrease blood lipids and decrease lipoperoxides in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits.
