脑膜瘤增殖活性及凋亡的相关性研究

CORRELATION BETWEEN THE PROLIFERATING ACTIVITY AND APOPTOSIS IN MENINGIOMAS

目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原及细胞凋亡在脑膜瘤发生和发展中的意义。方法 :采用免疫组化检测 6 1例新鲜脑膜瘤组织中PCNA蛋白表达 ,用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡情况 ,结合肿瘤病理学类型进行相关性分析。结果 :非典型性脑膜瘤PCNA指数高于良性脑膜瘤 ,但同时其凋亡也增加 ;PCNA指数与凋亡指数之间成正相关。结论 :PCNA指数作为细胞增殖的指标 ,对脑膜瘤的预后具有重要意义 ;

Objective:To explore the significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and apoptosis in meningiomas.Methods:The proliferative activity and cell apoptosis of meningiomas were evaluated by the proliferating cell nuclear antigen labeling index (PCNA LI) and terminal deoxynucleitidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method,respectively.Results:The average PCNA LI and apoptosis LI were higher in atypical meningiomas than that in benign types,and there was no significant difference between the different types of benign meningiomas.The PCNA LI was positive correlated with the apoptotic.Conclusion:PCNA is valuable as predictors of recurrence of meningiomas.Apoptosis is an important phenomenon in meningio mas and associated with atypical changes in meningiomas.
