摘要
目的 :研究X 刀治疗原发或复发性胶质瘤的疗效。方法 :脑深部胶质瘤 2 4例 ,肿瘤平均体积 11 4 7cm3,19例单次治疗肿瘤周边放射剂量 15～ 2 2Gy ,5例分次治疗放射剂量 2 4～ 36Gy/ 6次。 结果 :肿瘤 6个月控制率 91 7% ,中位复发时间 9个月 ,中位生存期 12个月 ,生存率 6个月 95 83% ,1年 6 9 4 4 % ,2年 37 0 3%。结论 :X 刀治疗脑深部胶质瘤可提高肿瘤局部控制率 。
Objective:To study the treatment outcome of primary and recurrent gliomas by linac radiosurgery(X Knife). Methods:of 24 deep situated glioma patients,whose mean tumor volume was 11.47cm 3,19 cases were given high single dose (15～22Gy) and 5 cases were treated with dose of 24～36Gy for 6 fractionations.Results:Tumor local control rate for 6 months was 91.7%,median recurrent interval was 9 months,medican survival interval was 12 months.Survival rate for 6 months,1 year and 2 years were 95.83%,69.44% and 37.03% respectively.Conclusion:Linac radiosurgery can effectively elevate tumor local control rate and elongate survival interval.
