从肝郁脾虚论治乳腺增生病

Treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland attributed to both stagnation of liver-qi and weakness of spleen

乳腺增生病是由于肝失疏泄、脾失健运所引起的水湿、瘀血积聚而成的病证，肝郁脾虚为本，水湿、瘀 血互结乳络为标。治宜疏肝健脾、活血利湿法。随月经周期变化，用药应各有侧重。

Hyperplasia of mammary gland is both the expression of a series of maladjusted functions and stasis of pathological productions,that due to both the deficiency of liver dispersing function and spleen failure to transport and transform. Both stagnation of liver-qi and weakness of spleen are the principal aspects,meanwhile they are the secondary aspect that the stasis in mammary superficial venules due to both retention of water and blood stasis.So the therapeutic principle should be dispersing the depressed liver-energy, invigorating the spleen, promoting the circulation of blood, and removing retention of water. The different herbs should be stressed according to the different conditions during a menstrual period.
